Gambling
Whoever
plays or engages in any game at cards, keno, roulette, faro or other
game of chance, at any place, by any device whatever, for money or other
thing of value, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree,
punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
Prostitution
“Prostitution” means the giving or receiving of the body for sexual activity for hire but excludes sexual activity between spouses.
Solicitation of Prostitution
To solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.

The Legislature finds that human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. Victims of human trafficking are young children, teenagers, and adults. Thousands of victims are trafficked annually across international borders worldwide.
Money Laundering

In US law it is the practice of engaging in financial transactions to conceal the identity, source, or destination of illegally gained money.

Attempted Sexual Battery
Attempted “sexual battery” means attempted oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; however, sexual battery does not include an act done for a bona fide medical purpose.
Sexual Battery in a Minor
When the victim is under the age of 18 (majority) “sexual battery” becomes sexual battery on a minor.
Statutory Rape
A person 24 years of age or older who engages in sexual activity with a person 16 or 17 years of age. Sexual activity means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; however, sexual activity does not include an act done for a bona fide medical purpose.
Slaughterhouse
The use of humane methods in the killing of livestock prevents needless suffering, results in safer and better working conditions for persons engaged in the slaughtering industry or other livestock operations, brings about improvement of products and economy in slaughtering or other livestock operations, and produces other benefits for producers, processors, and consumers which tend to expedite the orderly flow of livestock and their products.
Animal Neglect

A person who unnecessarily overloads, overdrives, torments, deprives of necessary sustenance or shelter, or unnecessarily mutilates, or kills any animal, or causes the same to be done, or carries in or upon any vehicle, or otherwise, any animal in a cruel or inhumane manner.

Cockfighting

A person who trains any kind of domesticated animal for fighting, coerce any animal into fighting another animal, purchase or own equipment for use in animal fighting, promote animal fighting, in any way facilitate animal fighting, gamble on animal fighting or even attend a staged animal fight.

Animal Cruelty

A person who intentionally commits an act to any animal, or a person who owns or has the custody or control of any animal and fails to act, which results in the cruel death, or excessive or repeated infliction of unnecessary pain or suffering, or causes the same to be done, commits aggravated animal cruelty, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or by a fine of not more than $10,000, or both.
